Wholesale Guidelines
1. Wholesale Pricing Structure
Our wholesale pricing is based on the quantity of items ordered, as follows:
- 30-49 pieces: 50% off Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
- 50-69 pieces: 55% off Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
- 70+ pieces: 60% off Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
The RRP refers to the standard retail price set by PT Studio Kolektif Trading for each item.
2. Order Processing and Production Time
Due to rapid growth, we are currently experiencing high demand. The estimated production and delivery time for wholesale orders is 6 to 8 weeks from the date the order is confirmed. Production time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order.
We will notify you once your order is ready for shipment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Origin: All wholesale orders are shipped directly from Bali, Indonesia, where the items are produced.
- Turnaround Time: The estimated turnaround time from order confirmation to shipment is approximately 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and production schedule of your order.
- Shipping Method: We use DHL Parcel Service for shipping. The shipping cost will be calculated and communicated to you at the time of the order, and the Customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
- Shipping Timeframe: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days, depending on the destination.
4. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total order value (including the estimated shipping cost) is required to begin production. This deposit must be paid via bank transfer and accompanied by proof of payment before production commences.
- Balance Payment: Once your order is ready for shipment, we will inform you. At this point, the remaining 50% balance (including any final shipping costs) is due. The shipment will be dispatched only after receiving proof of payment for the balance.
- Payment Confirmation: We will begin production only once we have received your initial deposit and payment confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
5. Taxes and Customs
- Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs Inquiry: We kindly ask that you consult with your local customs office for information on applicable taxes and duties prior to placing an order.
- Liability: PT Studio Kolektif Trading is not responsible for any customs-related fees, taxes, or delays during shipping.
6. Minimum Order Quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per wholesale order. Orders below this quantity will not be processed.
7. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted as production may have already started.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Once the initial 50% deposit is paid and production begins, the deposit is non-refundable.
8. Returns and Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive defective or damaged goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
- Non-Defective Goods: We do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective goods. All sales are final once items are shipped.
9. Stock Availability
Due to high demand and limited production capacity, stock availability is subject to change. If any item in your order becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to adjust your order or receive a refund for unavailable items.
10. Limitation of Liability
PT Studio Kolektif Trading is not liable for any delays or damages that occur during shipping or due to unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
