Payment
Payment for all orders must be made in full before shipment. All payments are processed securely and are subject to the terms of the payment processor.

Minimum Order Quantity
We have a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per wholesale order. Orders below this quantity will not be processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the location and shipping carrier. PT Studio Kolektif Trading is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. PT Studio Kolektif Trading is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns and Exchanges
Due to the wholesale nature of our business, all sales are final unless the products are defective or damaged during transit. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to request a return or exchange. All returns must be in the original packaging and condition.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations or modifications will not be accepted as production may have already started.
