Exchanges for Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, we will accept exchanges within 1 week of delivery at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within this timeframe with proof of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Reporting Damaged Items from Your Customers

If any item reported by your customer is found to be damaged or broken, please provide us with the following information for us to investigate the case thoroughly:

  • Purchase Date
  • Name of the Item
  • Color and Size of the Item
  • Detailed Description of the Damage

We will review the details and, depending on the investigation outcome, provide one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement of the damaged item, or
  • Store credit for the value of the damaged item, if the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing defect.

Factory Faults

If the damage is confirmed to be due to a factory fault, we will cover the cost of the exchange or store credit. Please note that damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or wear and tear is not eligible for exchange.
